Shipping policy

What is your turnaround time? 5-7 business days. We will notify you if additional time is needed to fulfill your order. 

Please allow some extra time for unforeseen delays. We will make every effort to ensure you receive your package in time but we are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages which can be affected by the shipping carrier, delivery destination, weather, holidays, or incorrect/incomplete shipping address information.

Where do you ship orders from? Temecula, California

Can I pick-up my order? Yes, order pick-up is available. Contact us to schedule order pick-up. Our shop is located at 27715 Jefferson Ave Suite 109E Temecula, CA 92592.

Can you ship internationally? While we would love to, we don’t ship internationally at this time. We currently ship to the 48 Continental US states.

Shipping Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEX, and DHL Express.

Can I expedite my order/shipping? Expedited processing and shipping is available upon request for a fee. Contact us if you need your order expedited and we will do our best to process and ship your orders.

Do you provide shipping tracking numbers? Yes, your tracking number will be provided to you by email once your item(s) have been shipped. If you do not receive your tracking number, please contact us with your name, email, and order number.

Note: All custom orders and blank orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
