Can I cancel my order? Contact us to request a cancellation or changes and we will do our best to try and catch the order before our fulfillment team gets to work.

What is your return/refund policy? All custom orders, blanks, gift cards, and clearance items are nonreturnable. All sales are final.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
